United Beyond Manchester

Manchester United have already signed four players this summer, and Manuel Ugarte may not be the only one added before the end of the transfer window. According to GiveMeSport, the club is also interested in bringing Fulham’s Antonee Robinson to Old Trafford for left-back cover.

The Cottagers are working on a move for Turkish left-back Ferdi Kadioglu, a player Manchester United has also expressed interest in. If Fulham adds Kadioglu, or another outside back, Antonee Robinson’s playing time will likely take a hit, leaving a chance that he will leave to find first-team football.

Manchester United opened the season against Fulham, and the American was one of the away side’s best players. Robinson’s attacking prowess from the back makes him a perfect fit for Erik Ten Hag’s tactics.

The 27-year-old is coming off his best season in the Premier League, as he had six assists in thirty-seven appearances.

As concern mounts further for Luke Shaw’s fitness, the Reds are looking for another left-back. Noussair Mazraoui was already brought to Old Trafford this summer, but despite his versatility, the Moroccan is better on the right side.

If United is looking for an immediate solution at left-back, Antonee Robinson is a perfect option. He is at the height of his career and has over 100 Premier League appearances.
