Ruben Amorim is interested in bringing Rayan Ait-Nouri to Manchester United. According to TEAMTALK, the Algerian is exactly what the new United boss is looking for in a wing-back.

This season, the 23-year-old has contributed three goals and two assists from the left in twelve matches. He has already surpassed his goal total from last season, indicating a clear improvement in his attacking game.

Ait-Nouri, whose contract ends in June 2026, wants to leave Wolves next summer, as he believes he is ready to move to a bigger club.

Rivals Liverpool are also following Ait-Nouri as they look for a long-term left-back. Andy Robertson turns 31 next year, and the Scottish international’s contract expires in June 2026.

Manchester United are also considering other options that could fit Amorim’s tactics. Alphonso Davies, who can sign a pre-contract for a free transfer in January, is also a target for United.

A new report from Florian Plettenberg suggests that United is also monitoring AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez. The 27-year-old has been in contract discussions with his current club, but if there is no agreement, then a move could be in the works.

Which left-wing-back option would strengthen Ruben Amorim’s squad the most?
