There is no doubt that Mason Greenwood is on his way out of Manchester United. After an impressive loan spell with Getafe, the young forward is in demand for clubs willing to give him a chance.

Recent rumblings indicate that Lazio and Juventus are the most interested sides in Greenwood and are looking to work quickly to get him signed. Fenerbahce and Valencia CF have also been linked to the English forward.

According to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Lazio has already had an initial offer declined by Manchester United that included £20m and a 50% sell-on clause. With squad improvements needed now and finances grim, it seems that Ineos want as much as they can get this summer to invest back into the squad.

Other sources, such as La Gazzetta dello Sport, are reporting that Juventus are interested in a swap deal including Federico Chiesa.

It is no secret that United need upgrades all over the pitch, and a swap deal could allow the Reds to add Chiesa and focus funds on more important positions. This would allow United to add a new winger and still invest the money added from the sales of Jadon Sancho, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Victor Lindelof in a center-back, left-back, midfielder, or striker.

Would you rather Manchester United accept a swap deal for Greenwood or sell him for a £30m fee?
