England: Harry Maguire, Kobbie Mainoo, Marcus Rashford

Three Reds will be in action for the Three Lions this break after Kobbie Mainoo was added late to the squad. With this call-up, Mainoo will have the opportunity to make his first senior appearance for his country at just 18 years old.

England will have friendlies against Brazil and Belgium at Wembley in what is the final international window before Euro 2024 this summer.

Rashford and Maguire have long been fixtures in Gareth Southgate’s sides. Maguire is returning from injury and may not be rushed into a starting spot.

Rashford’s recent form has been strange. The goals have come, but the forward has come under fire for his defensive work. Rashford should start one of the two games as Southgate analyzes his side in preparation for the summer.

Portugal: Diogo Dalot, Bruno Fernandes

Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes will start their international break facing United teammate Victor Lindelof. Portugal will face both Sweden and Slovenia in this March window.

Bruno Fernandes is a lock to start and play for Portugal in every game of the Euros. Diogo Dalot, who has been in excellent form, will be fighting for one of the two outside back spots. I believe that Dalot has earned a chance to start for Portugal in these matches and possibly for the Euros.

Argentina: Lisandro Martinez, Alejandro Garnacho

Argentina will play in a special edition of Copa America this summer in the United States. Lionel Scaloni’s side will face Costa Rica and El Salvador as they prepare for the tournament.

Alejandro Garnacho has emerged as a future star this season and has been in good form. Still just 19, the United winger should see plenty of minutes for his country this window and will have his sights set on starring in Copa America this summer.

Lisandro Martinez is with his national team this window but is unlikely to feature. Manchester United have sent the stand-out center back to train with his country as he looks to return to action after the international break.

Turkey: Altay Bayindir

Altay Bayindir has only featured once this season and will most likely leave at the end of the season. His lack of playing time will certainly hurt his chances of playing a big part in Turkey’s matches against Hungary and Austria this window. Bayindor will need to have a stand-out performance in training if he wants any chance of featuring for his country this summer at the Euros.

Sweden: Victor Lindelof

As mentioned earlier, Victor Lindelof will get a chance to face off against two of his United teammates when Sweden faces Portugal. Sweden will also face Albania during this window.

Victor Lindelof is Sweden’s captain and will unfortunately not be able to lead his side in the Euros this summer. Sweden failed to qualify and will not play any competitive matches until the Nations League starts in September.

Scotland: Scott McTominay

The prolific goal scorer, Scott McTominay, will face the Netherlands and Northern Ireland this week. The midfielder’s incredible goal-scoring started with his national team and has continued for United this season. The highlight for McTominay came when he scored twice in a 2-0 win against Spain last March.

Scotland will play in this summer’s Euros and face Germany, Switzerland, and Hungary in the group stage.

Morocco: Sofyan Amrabat

Amrabat’s Morocco will face Angola and Mauritania and will be heavily favored in both. Sofyan Amrabat has remained a fixture in the Moroccan side despite sporadic appearances at club level.

Morocco’s next competitive fixtures are against Zambia and Congo this summer as part of World Cup Qualifying.

Denmark: Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund

Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund will face the Faroe Islands and Switzerland this week. Hojlund will be looking to return to action after his injury in training at United. A good window for Hojlund would leave the Dane brimming with confidence at a critical point in United’s season.

Eriksen has always been a consistent performer for Denmark and will be given minutes in this side. He will be hoping for good results and a good showing this summer in what could be his final European Championship.
